Custom Horizontal Aluminum Blinds

Hunter Douglas Inc. warrants that its custom horizontal aluminum blinds will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product, provided that (i) such products were purchased after November 1, 1992; (ii) such products were properly installed in residential dwellings; and (iii) such products were made or assembled exclusively from Hunter Douglas materials and components. The obligation of Hunter Douglas and its licensed fabricators and distributors is limited to repair or replacement of the blinds or components found to be defective and excludes shipping charges and labor costs for measuring and installation. Repairs will be made with like or similar parts. To obtain warranty service, contact the dealer from whom you purchased the product. The dealer will work with the licensed Hunter Douglas fabricator who assembled the blind to promptly repair or replace any defective parts or components without charge. Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase. This warranty does not include any conditions or damages resulting from accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, motorized devices, exposure to salty air or corrosive materials, the color change that occurs with the passage of time, or failure to follow our instructions with respect to measurement, installation, cleaning, or maintenance. This warranty also does not cover any condition or damage resulting from removal of the blind and reinstallation in the same or another window. This warranty does not apply to conditions caused by normal wear and tear upon the product. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other obligations, liabilities, or warranties. In no event shall Hunter Douglas or its licensed fabricators or distributors be liable or responsible for incidental or consequential damages or for any other direct or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense, or fee. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this exclusion or limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Country Woods™, Beyond Woods™,
& Value Express™ Wood Blinds

This warranty is extended by Hunter Douglas to the original retail purchaser for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product. This warranty applies only to Hunter Douglas wood blinds installed in a residential dwelling. Hunter Douglas shall, at its option, repair or replace any part of our blind(s) found to be defective in material or workmanship, under normal use and service within the above stated period. The blinds must be properly installed according to our instructions. The blind(s) cannot be altered in any way; you must maintain and clean the blind(s) in accordance with the instructions provided with the product. You must use the blind(s) only as a window blind and only in the window for which it was originally purchased. To obtain warranty service, contact the dealer from whom you purchased the product. The dealer will work with the licensed Hunter Douglas fabricator who assembled the blind to promptly repair or replace any defective parts or components without charge. Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by exposure to moisture, water, accidents, alterations, abuse, normal wear and tear, exposure to the elements, fire, flood, lightning or other acts of God, or use of any parts or service furnished by anyone other than Hunter Douglas and its authorized fabricators and distributors. Hunter Douglas custom horizontal wood blinds are a natural wood product. There may variations in color, grain and texture that are characteristic in natural wood and are not considered defects. Areas of high humidity may cause warping of the wood slats. Such natural conditions, and conditions caused by high humidity, are also excluded from this warranty. IN NO EVENT WILL HUNTER DOUGLAS BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. THIS WARRANTY IS EXTENDED IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Duette®, Applause®, and Value Express
Honeycomb Shades

Hunter Douglas Inc. warrants that Duette and Applause Honeycomb shades will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product, provided that (i) such products were purchased after March 1, 1991; (ii) such products were properly installed in residential dwellings; and (iii) such products were made or assembled exclusively from Hunter Douglas materials and components. The obligation of Hunter Douglas and its licensed fabricators and distributors is limited to repair or replacement of the shades or components found to be defective and excludes shipping charges and labor costs for measuring and installation. Repairs will be made with like or similar parts. To obtain warranty service, contact the dealer from whom you purchased the product. The dealer will work with the licensed Hunter Douglas fabricator who assembled the shade to promptly repair or replace any defective parts or components without charge. Hunter Douglas Inc. warrants that Silhouette, Nantucket, and Vignette window shadings will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for so long as the original retail purchaser owns the product, provided that (i) such products were purchased after January 1, 1993; (ii) such products were properly installed in residential dwellings; and (iii) such products were made or assembled exclusively from Hunter Douglas materials and components. The obligation of Hunter Douglas and its licensed fabricators and distributors is limited to repair or replacement of the shadings or components found to be defective and excludes shipping charges and labor costs for measuring and installation. Repairs will be made with like or similar parts. To obtain warranty service, contact the dealer from whom you purchased the product. The dealer will work with the licensed Hunter Douglas fabricator who assembled the shading to promptly repair or replace any defective parts or components without charge. Hunter Douglas Inc. warrants that Luminette Privacy Sheers will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product, provided that (i) such products were properly installed in residential dwellings; and (ii) such products were made or assembled exclusively from Hunter Douglas materials and components. The obligation of Hunter Douglas and its licensed fabricators and distributors is limited to repair or replacement of the shadings or components found to be defective and excludes shipping charges and labor costs for measuring and installation. Repairs will be made with like or similar parts. To obtain warranty service, contact the dealer from whom you purchased the product. The dealer will work with the licensed Hunter Douglas fabricator/ distributor to promptly repair or replace any defective parts or components without charge. Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase. This warranty does not include any conditions or damages resulting from accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, motorized devices, exposure to salty air or corrosive materials, the color change that occurs with the passage of time, or failure to follow our instructions with respect to measurement, installation, cleaning, or maintenance. This warranty also does not cover any condition or damage resulting from removal of the sheer and reinstallation in the same or another window. This warranty does not apply to conditions caused by normal wear and tear upon the product. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other obligations, liabilities, or warranties. Brilliance® Pleated Shades

Hunter Douglas Inc. warrants that its pleated and window shades will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for so long as the original retail purchaser owns the product, provided that (i) such products were purchased after February 1, 1992; (ii) such products were properly installed in residential dwellings; and (iii) such products were made or assembled exclusively from Hunter Douglas materials and components. The obligation of Hunter Douglas and its licensed fabricators and distributors is limited to repair or replacement of the shadings or components found to be defective and excludes shipping charges and labor costs for measuring and installation. Repairs will be made with like or similar parts. To obtain warranty service, contact the dealer from whom you purchased the product. The dealer will work with the licensed Hunter Douglas fabricator who assembled the shade to promptly repair or replace any defective parts or components without charge. Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Vertical Blinds

The Hunter Douglas products that you have purchased, including track, hardware, fabric, vinyl, and cords, are warranted to the original purchaser to be free of defects in materials and manufacture. The warranty covers the Hunter Douglas Paramount, PermAlign, and PT2000 track systems in the event of misalignment, and the Hunter Douglas PermaClear groover in the event of excessive discoloration. This warranty applies only on installation of 100% Hunter Douglas products, for as long as you, the original purchaser, own them, and only to the original installation. Hunter Douglas will at its discretion repair or replace without charge any product found defective in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage, or damage or conditions due to usage, misuse, or abuse. It also does not cover discoloration, deterioration, brittleness, or fading of fabrics, vinyl, and standard edge groover. Only the cost of the Hunter Douglas product is included; labor to remove and reinstall the product is not covered. To obtain warranty service, contact the dealer from whom you purchased the product. The dealer will work with the licensed Hunter Douglas fabricator who assembled the blind to promptly repair or replace any defective parts or components without charge. Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase, and description of the problem. This warranty does NOT extend to CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, to damages which result from misuse, repair by someone other than the seller, operation not in accordance with written instructions of the seller, or use of incompatible track, vinyl, fabric or accessory components. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. THIS LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE. THE SELLER MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
